Turnly Privacy Policy

Turnly ("we", "us") is a turnover-cleaning coordination app for short-term-rental hosts and cleaners. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account info — your name and email address, used to create and secure your account (we use passwordless email codes; we never store a password).
• Property & cleaning data — property details you add (address, door codes, checklists), cleaning schedules, timers, notes, ratings, and damage or supply reports.
• Cleaning photos — room photos cleaners capture as proof of service. They are stored so the host can review them.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details go directly to Stripe; Turnly stores only non-sensitive references (such as card brand and last four digits) and your earnings balance.
• Subscription status — subscriptions are billed through Apple. We use RevenueCat to know which plan your team is on.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't show ads or use advertising trackers.
• We don't collect your location.

How your data is shared

Within your team, data is shared as the product requires: hosts see their cleaners' names, job activity, and cleaning photos; cleaners see property details needed to do the job. Our service providers — Supabase (data hosting), Stripe (payments), Apple and RevenueCat (subscriptions) — process data on our behalf.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Team or Profile tab → "Delete my account"). This permanently removes your account and personal data; completed job records your teammates rely on (e.g. payment history) are retained with your identity removed. You may also email us to request deletion.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, protected by row-level security, and payment credentials never touch our servers.

Children

Turnly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and note it in the app.
