Turnly Terms of Service

By using Turnly you agree to these terms.

What Turnly is

Turnly is coordination software for short-term-rental turnover cleaning. Hosts post and pay for cleanings; cleaners claim, perform, and get paid for them. Cleaners are independent providers — Turnly is not a party to the cleaning services themselves and does not employ cleaners.

Subscriptions

Hosting plans (Free, Starter, Growth, Pro, Unlimited) and the Calendar Sync add-on are auto-renewable monthly subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Plan limits apply per team.

Payments & fees

• Host-to-cleaner payments are processed by Stripe from the host's saved card when the host approves a completed cleaning.
• A 4.5% + $0.25 payment fee is added to host payments.
• Cleaner instant cash-outs carry a 2.5% fee; standard transfers are free.
• Cleaner payouts require completing Stripe identity verification. Approved payments are final in-app; refunds for service disputes are between host and cleaner.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure (anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in).
• Hosts: only post properties you're authorized to manage; door codes and access details are shared with your team at your own discretion.
• Cleaners: photos you capture must truthfully represent the property.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use.

Content

You own the content you create (photos, notes, checklists) and grant Turnly a license to store and display it to your team as the product requires.

Termination

You can delete your account in-app at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create fraud/abuse risk.

Disclaimers

Turnly is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of hosts or cleaners, property damage, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid Turnly in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
